Who we’re looking for:


We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Specialist with experience executing enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and enforcing security policies. The ideal candidate will support Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) assessments and evaluations, organize technical information to align with enterprise goals, and guide the development of secure solutions. The Sr. Cybersecurity Specialist role requires strong leadership, documentation expertise, and the ability to engage stakeholders in deploying cross-cutting capabilities. What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and execute cybersecurity initiatives and team activities.
  • Establish, enforce, and maintain security policies and procedures.
  • Gather and organize technical information related to mission goals, requirements, existing security products, and ongoing security programs.
  • Develop and deliver documentation necessary for PQC assessments and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to outline roadmaps, strategies, and approaches for enterprise security solutions.
  • Provide communication outreach to enterprise stakeholders for program and capability acceptance.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings on behalf of the PQC team.

What you need to know:

  • Expertise in enterprise cybersecurity implementation and policy enforcement.
  • Familiarity with PQC assessments, evaluations, and supporting documentation.
  • Knowledge of enterprise information assurance programs and existing security technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills for enterprise program adoption.

Must have’s:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or 4+ additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • (ISC)2 Certified Information Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear, actionable tasks and processes through critical thinking.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen in compliance with federal contract requirements.
