Critical Start is actively seeking an entry-level Security Analyst to join our Managed Security Services business and embark on a journey of learning and professional growth. This role will involve providing information security monitoring and response in the Lehi, UT region, with no travel . We are looking for a candidate who is a strong communicator and feels at ease engaging with individuals at all levels of management within the organization. In addition, the ideal candidate should have outstanding interview and screening skills, be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times. 

• Analyze and respond to Security Operations Center alerts swiftly.
• Stay informed about current threats and detection methodologies through continuous research and education.
• Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting network and system issues.
• Create clear and comprehensive documentation of technical procedures and user guides.
